Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if for any reason you change your mind, we offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 30 days provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. Postage is non-refundable. Occasionally products can get damaged in transit. If this occurs, please email us with a photograph of the damage so that we can we can arrange a replacement.
Simply post the Product to the Customer Services Team at, Engleton Botanica 342 Inverness St, Zebulon NC 27597 USA. As the postal system is outside of our control, please keep the receipt for your own record.
Refunds Policy
We will refund the price of the Products if you have:
- Returned the products in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged.
- Returned any unwanted Products to us within 30 days of recieving your order.
Any refund due to you will only be made to the same credit or debit card originally used (or in the form of other method of payment) by you to pay for your purchase. Any refund due will be processed no more than 10 days after we receive the Products.
If the Products are received faulty, or damaged in transport, please return the Product to us as soon as possible: email our Customer Advice Line at info@engletonbotanica.com for a free Postage Return Label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in full on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@engletonbotanica.com.
Lost or Stolen Orders
After a package has left our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact your local postal service facility for more information (USPS 1-800-222-1811) or your local (UPS 1-800-742-5877).
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
