SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is received, it usually takes 1 to 3 days to complete the order and have it ready to ship. If there is any delay in this process, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know right away via email.

Engleton Botanica is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your country's local import policies prior to ordering. 

If you have received a damaged item or believe your order has been lost please contact us at info@engletonbotanica.com and we will respond as soon as we can. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders that have been scanned by the delivery service.
